Image Production John and Liberty Task

For this exercise, we were given two files, a psd file with multiple layers of sections of the Statue of Liberty, and an image of a man named John. The tasks were simple, and were to use our knowledge of Photoshop tools.

Task 1 - Liberty

Task 1 was to rearrange the layers of this file to create an image of the Statue of Liberty. Using the move tool to rearrange the layers, I was able to fix the image.

Task 2 - John

Task 2 was to take the base image of man named John, and create a mirror reflection of his face. To do this, I used the rectangle selector tool and then used the transform tool to horizontally flip the selection. After that I positioned the cropped layer in place.
